I was so excited for these after reading the reviews. They do great absorbency wise but they AREN’T true to size. They fit great on my butt and waist. I even went up a size and they are killing me where the leg openings are. So uncomfortable and dig like crazy.

This is one of the better underwear for periods and very much useful during heavy flows. It covers a large part of the lower body since it is high waisted. The quality of the underwear is better since it is very smooth to skin. It looks good while wear on during any time and feels comfortable.

During heavier days, they can manage for a few hours, but they’re not enough on their own for overnight or full-day use. On those days, she pairs them with a tampon or menstrual cup, and that combination has worked perfectly with no leaks.Overall, these have been a great find. They’re comfortable, reusable, and much better than regular pads for most of the cycle. They also wash easily and keep their shape and absorbency after multiple uses.
