I weigh a buck twenty-five you don’t need to go pass low if you go pass low the pressure will be intense. Really easy to use just plug up and turn it on. I like using it on cycle because the pressure moves up from my feet up to my thighs. I used this after a going hiking and skating for two days and felt better.
