Great ice pack perfect for the lumbar spine
I recently had a very complicated back surgery. And I purchased this ice pack because I figured it would help me recover. The ice pack has a cloth side and then a non-cloth side you can use either side and the cloth side is for people that have a little bit more sensitivity to ice or cold. I put it in my freezer and its bag that it comes with then I pull it out and I use it. I just wrap it around myself and it’s all sizes. It’s perfect and it gets the job done easily.

Works great for injuries! I keep in my freezer for emergencies. Stays cold for a while. Highly suggest following direction on freezing it in the bag they provide or it gets very frosty and makes a mess.

Does what it says on the pack !! It’s re-usable and holds the ice-cold for a long time. I need it for my lower back and it’s not exactly the right size and shape – but it works okay. The best I could find – and I searched long and hard !!
