High quality material, but most importantly, it relieved neck pain.
I have a desk job and have spent years sitting at a computer without any major issues, but more recently I’ve been experiencing significant neck pain. My posture hasn’t changed, so I couldn’t understand why the pain started. After doing some research online, I came across this device and also decided to try a new pillow. I bought both, and since then I’ve been pain-free most days.When the discomfort does come back, using this device for just 15 minutes relieves the pain for several days. That tells me this device—more than the pillow—is what’s actually helping, though I’m not willing to experiment by removing the pillow just to find out. I’d rather avoid the pain altogether.One small drawback: the Velcro straps (the hook side) on the left have very sharp corners, and they can dig into your neck during use. This is easy to fix by simply rounding the corners of the straps with scissors, which completely eliminates the issue.The device works perfectly fine without additional modifications, full stop.Another optional improvement: the hand pump is attached using standard Luer lock connectors. This was actually the primary deciding factor for me when purchasing the device, because I immediately saw the possibility of an easy upgrade. If you want to enhance usability, you can replace the manual hand pump with a low-pressure battery-powered pump—the type used for inflating beach balls, not car tires. The advantage is that you can set a specific pressure and return to the exact same inflated level at the press of a button, without guessing.If you prefer having both options, you can add a Luer lock T-connector so both the manual and powered pumps remain attached. Use the hand pump to fine-tune the device to your ideal comfort level, then use the powered pump to read the exact pressure. Once you know the right setting, you can save it on the pump and reach the perfect inflation level every single time.My only reason for writing this review is to help someone else decide whether this device might help them the way it helped me. Neck pain is literally a pain in the neck, and this device has brought me tremendous relief. I’m not using any medications, so there’s no possibility that my results are from another therapeutic route. I genuinely hope some of you experience the same relief and improved comfort that I have.

Well Made Neck Traction Device
I have had this traction device for 1 week and It has definitely helped my neck. I like it.The traction device is well made and the material that is around your neck is very soft.I give the 4-star rating only because the traction device slowly looses pressure so you must pump it up every 20 seconds or so. It is not a big deal.

AMAZING
I love my cervical neck traction device. I have severe neuropathic pain. My neck gets so stiff, to the point of a stabbing pain. This is my first time using this product, and it’s pleases me to not only talk about how my pain instantly went away, but that adjustment ability to your comfort makes it awesome. It has this velvet softness texture, and let’s not talk about the sleep quality; WOW! it’s incredible. I slept like a baby, and woke up without any pain. I usually don’t give reviews, but when I find something that interests me, and has the quality to do what is supposed to, for me that a blessing because I have falling in love. I hope and pray that someone elsewhere to ease pain can be helped by this product

Great relief for neck pain!
On the one hand, there are times I inflate it and the shape it takes can be awkward. (And the next time it isn’t.) On the other, I got way more relief from it than I expected. I had had a massage at a place that is usually good, but one massage table had a headrest that didn’t fully lock into place and slowly moved forward. I said something after some minutes had passed. And left feeling fine. The next morning I had a very sore neck. Which recovered. Then I found each of my migraines led to a return. I decided a neck brace might help, and this one did. Some nights I have slept with it, usually with just an end of my pillow at the top of my head. Sometimes I take it off halfway through the night. But I still feel better for having used it.

Either bad quality or defective item
Worked good when it worked I used it for a few days when I bought it stored it somewhere where it shouldn’t have any reason to get damaged and when I tried using it again it won’t hold air. I tried tightening the little knob that traps the air by the pump more and that did nothing I tried trapping the air with the little ball in the upper part of the tube and air still escaped and that only left one thing the air was escaping from the tubes that hold the air around the neck. I pumped air in again and listened and I can hear air escaping from within the neck area I’ve used it maybe 4 days at most and not even that high of a pressure maybe I got some old tubes or defective product idk but sure wish it was working right now. I can’t see any damage so it’s something that happened in the interior

It did not work for me but it might for you
I’ve had spinal surgery on my neck front and back. I have a pinched nerve in my left upper and side shoulder which is extremely painful. With my insurance I was able to go see a therapist which I thought was a waste of time but to my surprise I laid face down on a table with a hole for my face to go through. She gently pulled on my head to stretch my spine and the pain was instantly gone. Anyway she gave me exercises to do and I ordered this to see if I could get the same result which I did not. It seems to be a well made item and it might work for you but it didn’t for me.
