LOVE THIS FITNESS JOURNAL
I NEVER leave reviews but I feel compelled to with this fitness journal because people need to know how amazing it is! I absolutely love how there’s color and not just a boring, plain notebook. I also love how the pages are guided instead of me not knowing what to write. The quality is great and durable. Definitely a fantastic buy for the price!

These are compact nice book which will keep you accounted in fitness journey. Nice colors contrast will clean look. Would have been better if it was slightly more spacious for notes. Tracking pages are good to follow and keep them updated. Nice journal if you are serious about keeping track of the fitness. Comparison page kind of motivates to see the changes. Papers are thick and don’t bleed which is one more plus.

Perfect planner for your fitness journey
I wanted something outside and separate of my daily planner to keep track of my workouts, and this is perfect for that.First off, I love the bright happy colors (because I loathe exercise) and the simple daily layout style. It looks like a lot when you first see it, but it’s just the basic things most people would want to plan or track for their fitness journey.Second, the size is just right. It can fit in any bag and barely takes up any room at all.It’s not just a habit tracker though, you can plan out your days and even your weeks. It’s undated, so you can do as far ahead as you’d like, or just go day by day.There are options to write down what your workout plan is for the day, what your goals are, as well as keep track of or plan your meals, water intake, steps, distance, time, etc.The only thing I wish it had space for is a place for reflection each day, but that’s not a big issue or a complaint. I just write my thoughts on a sticky note and stick it on the bottom of the page.

Fun and motivating
I thought I had gotten all of the Hadley Design journals, then I found this workout journal and had to have it! These journals are fun and creative. They are made of very good materials. And they have very useful sections. The quality is consistent across all of the designs and journal types.The cover is a very sturdy material that is coated for some water resistance in case of a small spill. The pages are a heavy weight stock. The binding is a metal spiral, which is a million times better than the plastic.The sections in this fitness planner include: measurements tracker, progress photos, exercise goals with space for rewards and deadlines (super motivator!), weight loss tracker, monthly progress review, several 12-week challenges, and a ton of pages for daily fitness goals. There’s even space for tracking your daily steps, vitamins, and supplements.Tracking your goals and achievements is a phenomenal motivator. This book’s creative, cheerful design makes it fun to stay on track! And the price is incredibly reasonable.

Some design choices confused me, but the Daily Fitness Goal pages are a win
I received this product for review as part of the Amazon Vine program. This review reflects my personal experience with the product.I selected this workout journal because sometimes it just feels good to write things down. I do a lot of tracking on my phone and laptop, but sometimes the pen is preferable.This will be the first time I’ll be using a pre-made journal, so I’m going to highlight some features that I like and others that I am confused about.Good:• You do not have to wait until 2026 to start using this journal. It is designed in such a way that you can start tomorrow.• Weight Loss Tracker – Great for once a month weigh-ins or totals for the month covering multiple weigh-ins.• Daily Fitness Goals – A million pages for this one. Fantastic!• Semi-hard cover that feels good in the hand.• The spiral binding makes flipping through pages easy.• Good quality paper.Confusing:• Measurements Tracker – only 9 available entries for measurements – why not 12?• Progress Photos – only 4 photo opportunities. Is it specifically for photos taken once every quarter?• My exercise goals – 6 Action Steps available. Does that mean you can only have 6?• Monthly Progress Review – There are only 5 pages. Why not 12?• 12 Week Challenges – Only 9 months are covered. One more set of 12 would cover the whole year.The Daily Fitness goal pages make this journal worth it for me.
