How does the bottle track my water intake?
Your bottle comes with a sensor stick inside and is powered by a single CR2477 coin cell battery. When you drink out of the bottle, the sensor measures how much you drank and transfers this data to the hydration app, so it can track your progress.
How do I care for my bottle?
We know washing dishes can be a pain, so we tried to make cleanup easy! The lid and bottom ring are completely dishwasher safe. The sensor stick and bottle body must be washed by hand, but we promise it won’t take more than a minute.
Can I freeze the bottle?
If you’re a fan of extra cold water you can add ice to the bottle or put the bottle in the fridge. Just don’t put it in the freezer; it might damage the sensor stick.
Can I use hot liquids in my bottle?
We encourage you not to use hot liquids in your bottle. Hot liquids may damaged or affect the accuracy of your bottle’s sensor.
What about liquids other than water?
Adding fruit or using other liquids (like soda or coffee) might be tempting, but please use your bottle for water only to avoid sensor damage.

Incredible Product – Does Exactly What It Claims To Do
I absolutely LOVE my Hidrate Spark 3, connected water bottle. Some might laugh at the need for a connected water bottle, but quickly I was able to track my hydration patterns, create realistic goals and start feeling better about my health. I do wish they created a slightly bigger volume water bottle because filling it up 4-5 times a day is a SLIGHT inconvenience. Though with everything I gain from using this bottle, it’s a tiny–tiny price to pay. Highly recommend. Also, I needed to contact customer service, they were VERY friendly and very prompt to respond. A++++++!!!

Amazing Invention
I’ve been struggling in vain for a couple of years now to stay adequately hydrated throughout the day and consistently throughout the week. I thought the WaterMinder app would help me with this, but became too much of a chore entering in my water every time it reminded me.This bottle has finally solved that problem with it glowing to remind me to drink if I’m falling behind my daily goal. I love that I can just drink it like a normal water bottle and my water is logged automatically, logged in the app, and integrated with Apple Health. It’s been a complete game-changer for me.

The Pros: Seems like a well-made water bottle. Basically, you set your goal in the app and it’ll “flash at you” every so often if you’re behind your goal. The bottle sits at my desk while I’m working so I notice it when it’s flashing. I bought this water bottle as a way to remind me to drink more water, and it does just that. So, worth the money in my book.The Cons: It says it syncs with Fitbit, but it does not. I have it connected, and drink plenty of water, but Fitbit shows no water usage. It’s possible it syncs the other way (where if you report water in the Fitbit app, it’ll get imported into the Hydrate app and count against your goal) but I haven’t tried this. One of the reasons I purchased this bottle is I have other things pulling in data from Fitbit and I was hoping to get water in there.The app is also kinda buggy. The widget often gets stuck and out of sync with the amount of water in the app. Also, if my goal per day is 64oz and I drink exactly 64oz, I do NOT achieve my goal. To achieve your goal you have to drink OVER your goal amount. This is kinda weird. If my goal is 64oz, then drinking 64oz exactly should satisfy my goal.Overall, no major problems. I’d recommend this water bottle for anyone looking to drink more water and track how much water they drink.

My water intake has greatly increased with this bottle
I’m one of those people who gets lost in what I am doing and forget to hydrate. It isn’t an issue of not liking to drink water, it is remembering how much I drank in a day. I’ll think gee, I’m doing good today and find I’m only 1/3 of the way to my goal. The Hydrate Spark app is easy to use and the bottle is easy to connect to the app. It is up to you do pick up the bottle and drink. The bottle/app does all the tracking, sends notifications and will light up when you need to hydrate. Just what I needed. I’m on a 32 day streak of meeting my daily hydration goals and feel great!

Good idea – poor quality
It’s a good product in terms of tracking my progress and reminding to drink more. But spark 3 bottle was leaking from the bottom leaving moist circles everywhere I put it. Very annoying as it can spoil furniture. I tried several times to unscrew the bottom part and assemble it again, but no luck. At first I wanted to ask for replacement, but after reading other reviews I realized I’m not an only complaining about it. I ordered their PRO version as I love the idea of this bottle and no leaking issues anymore. The PRO version is solid, nice looking, has rechargeable battery and only 10 bucks more expensive. It’s also insulated and can hold cold for several hours. Love my PRO bottle, but hated this one

Disappointing battery life makes this a waste of money
I was really looking forward to using this to track my water as I move throughout my day. It worked really well for the first two weeks and I was telling everyone how great this is and that they should get one.The battery life is just a dealbreaker. It will only last about a week or two at max and then you are stuck constantly swapping out batteries which means the hidrate will cost you in the long run since you will be swapping out a battery every 1.5 weeks.You are better off just using a standard bottle and a water tracking app. The app is actually pretty good so I just keep using it to track my water intake.

Fantastic to stay on track with your hydration goals
This bottle is really amazing. I have used it for several days and I am impressed. The tracking of intake is accurate, and the bottle looks and feels nice and sturdy. I use it to drink water, cold matcha or ice tea, and it tracks very well.In the beginning, I had some concerns about the accuracy, so I emailed the manufacturer. They responded within 30 minutes (no joke). They guided me to do some tests, which they revealed that the bottle is accurate.The test they asked me to do is as follows:- Have your bottle next to you and open up your app and confirm the main screen says “connected”- Fill the bottle up to the top and put it on a flat surface for a minute- Pour all the water out and put the bottle back on a flat surfaceSo I did this exact test a few times and got the following results:Test #1: 19.3Test #2: 19.7Test #3: 20.8Since I filled the bottle “more or less” to the top line (which is at 20 oz), the results are pretty accurate, even when I filled it above the max line. Then I tried some tests where I emptied the bottle a little at the time:Test #4: 3.9 + 7.1 + 9.2 = 20.2Test #5: 5.5 + 6.6 + 8.4 = 20.5Test #6: 2.2 + 2.0 + 2.5 + 2.4 + 3.1 + 4.5 + 2.0 + 1.6 = 20.3So, looking good.In conclusion: great product and great customer support. The software is sleek, well designed, and easy to use. Strongly recommended.

J’ai acheté cette gourde pour mon beau père qui ne boit jamais assez et qui a constamment mal à la tête. Après seulement un mois d’utilisation, changement drastique, il boit plus que jamais, l’application mobile le motive à boire tous les jours, sans parler des leds ! Nach dem man sich so eine Flasche mal gekönnt hat merkt man erst mal richtig wie wenig Wasser man trinkt wohl gerade auch im Winter. Hab sie jetzt gerade mal ne Woche und trinke so viel wie noch nie.Die Glow Funktion klappt auch wunderbar. Also für alle die denken sie trinken zu wenig absolute Kaufempfehlung.App nur in Englisch sollte aber jeder hinbekommen. Flasche sehr geschmeidig in der Hand. Fühlt sich allgemein sehr sehr hochwertig an.
